1. Acceptance of terms

By using https://book.heartwise.in(the "Site") or by submitting an appointment request, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Who we are

Heartwise Cardiology Clinic is a single-cardiologist outpatient practice operated by Dr. Amit Singh, FACC, DM (Cardiology), at Shop no. 25, Nirman Premises Co-Op Society Limited, Plot no. 10, Sector 17, Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400705. The Site is operated by Heartwise Cardiology Clinic.

3. What this Site offers

This Site allows you to:

• Read educational information about cardiology services we provide
• Submit a request to book an appointment for a test or consultation
• Contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or email

Submitting a form on this Site is a request only — not a confirmed appointment. A confirmed appointment requires a follow-up call from our team to verify your details and schedule a slot.

4. Appointment booking process

1. You submit the form with your name, mobile number, and the test you want
2. Our team calls you back within 10 minutes during business hours (Monday to Saturday)
3. We confirm a date and time, share fasting / preparation instructions, and verify insurance details if applicable
4. You arrive at our Vashi clinic for your appointment

We endeavour to honour requested time slots but reserve the right to reschedule in case of clinical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Cancellation & rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at any time before the scheduled slot by calling +91 97695 17636 or messaging us on WhatsApp (+91 79773 52049). There is no cancellation fee.

6. Pricing & payment

Test prices listed on the Site are indicative self-pay prices in Indian Rupees (INR). Final pricing is confirmed at the clinic and may vary based on the specific test parameters or any add-ons recommended by the cardiologist.

We accept cash, UPI, and major credit/debit cards on-premise. We are empanelled with several insurance providers for cashless reimbursement — these are listed in the Site footer. Insurance approval is subject to your TPA's policy terms.

7. No medical advice via this Site

Educational content on this Site (FAQs, "What is" explanations, blog posts) is general health information published for awareness. It is not a substitute for medical evaluation by a qualified cardiologist. Do not use this Site to diagnose or treat a medical condition.

8. Intellectual property
