Heartwise Cardiology Clinic ("Heartwise", "we", "our", "us") is a single-cardiologist outpatient practice operated by Dr. Amit Singh at Shop no. 25, Nirman Premises Co-Op Society Limited, Plot no. 10, Sector 17, Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400705. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit https://book.heartwise.in(the "Site").

2. Information we collect

When you submit our appointment booking form or contact us via WhatsApp, we collect:

  • Your full name
  • Your mobile number (10-digit Indian number, prefixed +91)
  • The test or service you are interested in
  • Any optional message you choose to share
  • The page on our Site where you submitted the form

We do not collect or store: financial information, government IDs, prescription history, medical records, insurance numbers, or biometric data via this Site. Any such information shared in person or by phone is held offline in our clinic records, governed by Indian medical-records confidentiality standards.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you provide solely to:

  • Call you back to confirm your appointment slot (within 10 minutes during business hours, Monday to Saturday)
  • Answer questions about the test or service you asked about
  • Send you appointment confirmations and pre-visit instructions via SMS or WhatsApp
  • Improve our Site and understand which pages are most useful to visitors

We will never sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-party services we use

To operate this Site we use the following third-party processors. Each is contractually bound to handle your data in line with this Policy.

  • Vercel Inc. (USA) — hosts our Site. May log standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamp).
  • n8n (workflow processor) — receives form submissions and routes them to our internal team. Data is deleted after the lead is closed.
  • Google Tag Manager + Google Analytics 4 — measures aggregated site usage (page views, conversions). Sets cookies for session continuity. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
  • WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Inc.) — when you click our WhatsApp link, your message is processed by WhatsApp under their Privacy Policy.

5. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies via Google Tag Manager to measure site performance and conversions from our Google Ads campaigns. These cookies do not personally identify you. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time without losing the ability to book an appointment.

6. Data retention

We retain your booking enquiry information only as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected — typically 90 days from your enquiry. If you become a patient, your medical record is kept under standard Indian medical-record retention norms. You may request deletion at any time (see section 8).

7. How we protect your information

All form data is transmitted over HTTPS. Our staff who handle bookings are trained to keep patient information confidential. We do not store credit card numbers, government IDs, or other sensitive financial data on this Site.

  • Withdraw consent for non-essential processing (analytics)
